Domestic & Commercial - We work on both commercial premises and private homes. For private residences we can arrange an initial visit to suit your working day. For businesses and commercial premises great care will be taken to ensure minimum disruption to your business.

Maintenance Contracts - Commercial property holders may prefer the convenience of a fixed maintenance contract to cover most eventualities. This makes budgeting easier and a fixed monthly or annual fee will cover all our contractual services.

Call Out Service - If you have an urgent situation that needs attention we offer a call out service for a fixed fee to ascertain the problem. We will make good the situation there or then or make it secure and return at a later date to finish the work. Fee may depend on distance and time of day.
